Color Inspirations with RJR

IMG_5775BARJR Fabrics asked me to design a mini quilt pattern with their Cotton Supreme solids. I'd sewn with them a bit, but was excited to test out a whole quilt. The collections were curated by Brenda of Just a Bit Frayed. She's selected an entire year of color which translates to 12 free patterns! My pattern can be found here for download. My pattern is pretty simple using foundation piecing and I included an option for you to select your own color inspiration.AsscherCoverI quilted this baby on my friend's Tiara midarm which was fun to try out.  Regulating the stitches was easier than I expected because it's so similar to quilting on my regular machine. If anyone is interested in making one of these, comment below and I'll pick a winner for my scraps. I'll choose a winner on Sunday, February 7. There is more than enough to make a mini just like this! And you can check out the other free patterns here.xo LC
